New Commadner?

Ohtar is supper helpful lately and he has shown me a lot of the the military aspect of HoG.

Every one should post about a 2-4 Sentence long thought on him and if he should or should not be come a Commander in the guild.

It seems like every time I've logged in, he's online. He's constantly asking questions (Encouraging others to speak), answering questions if he can answer them, and generally getting the chat going when it's dead.

He has a good personality, and solid fame.

He's active on the forum and has taken it upon himself to help out the guild by keeping track of attacks and such.
In other games, in my other guilds, it's very rare you find someone who will help out without even being asked - It's the one attribute that impresses me the most.
In my opinion it would be a grave mistake not to promote him. Ohtar, you have my support

Just to let you know I try not to overstep my boundaries, and as a recruiter I I was treading cautiously on how "helpful" I should be. ('cause sometimes people who try to be help wind up causing more work). But I know as a commander I'll take on a larger load if necessary. Just note my activeness will drop a little when college starts up; I'll still log on every day day, but probably not as long or frequently as right now. Although, I might get senioritius and stay logged on more then I already am.

Well Ohtar are you any good at managing forums? do you have any knowledge of phb.

I kinda ran one for my alliance at Evony, but it was small. The only phb knowedge I have is because I know a little html, and phb is like html, except you use "[ ]" instead of "< >." But I could learn, if Fal knows enough to teach me.

If these forums come with a program that basically does it for you then yeah. But the trick with forums is not the coding, but getting enough people to use the forum to the point where everyone else in the guild starts to log on daily. I can help with that.

That is exactly what we need, Ryan, not enough people come on here. Contests? Events? Something to get people interested. And with this forum, you need no knowledge of PHP, it comes with a very nice administration package.
